RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At VNFITTED, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.


RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned within this period if you have changed your mind, need a different size, or no longer wish to keep the item.


ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and in original packaging
  • Free from fake tan, makeup, or deodorant marks
  • Not stretched, frayed, or damaged due to incorrect sizing
  • Not a Final Sale item (see Final Sale section below)

STANDARD RETURN RESOLUTION

Eligible returns are processed as store credit or a size/colour exchange. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

Free return shipping: We provide a free prepaid return label for all domestic (Australian) returns. Simply submit your return via our Returns Portal and we will send the label directly to you.

Processing time: Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


EXCHANGES

We offer a one-time exchange per order for a different size or colour. The exchange item will be dispatched once your original return has been received and inspected.

VNFITTED will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item within Australia. Please refer to our Size Guide before placing an order to get the best possible fit.


DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS

Every item is inspected before dispatch. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at contact@vnfitted.com as soon as possible after discovering the issue, with photos or a short video clearly showing the fault.

Examples of genuine manufacturing faults include:

  • Faulty stitching or seams coming undone upon arrival
  • Broken zippers or hardware
  • Fabric defects such as holes, runs, tears, or significant pilling upon arrival
  • Uneven or warped fabric affecting wearability
  • Missing components or incorrect item sent

REFUNDS

Refunds to your original payment method are available only where a product is confirmed to have a genuine manufacturing fault, or where otherwise required under applicable Australian consumer protection laws.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or incorrect washing
  • Personal preference regarding style, colour, fit, or feel where no manufacturing fault exists

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


FINAL SALE

Items marked marked at or above 30% are final sale items and are not eligible for returns or store credit. Final Sale items may only be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

VNFITTED does not currently cover return shipping costs for international orders. Please arrange your return using a tracked courier service and send items to our address, which will be provided upon request via contact@vnfitted.com.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
